Ohana Dinner Bread: the Bake-It-Yourself Recipe

By Melissa L.

Mmmm, Ohana bread- I can almost smell it! I stumbled upon this on the Disney Recipes Facebook page and bookmarked it long ago.  The recipe was straightforward, and I followed the same directions  but split mine into rolls (see in directions below).  The only thing I would change about this was maybe adding a second banana because the flavor wasn’t as strong as I would have liked, or remembered, and it didn’t quite have the consistency of a fruit bread.

Honey Coriander Wings from Disney’s Ohana Restaurant: the Make-It-Yourself Recipe

By Melissa L.

My husband and I are huge Ohana fans. Combine the fabulous Polynesian resort with Ohana’s authentic cooking, and I’m just over the moon about the whole dining experience. I followed her recipe closely, though I made a few small ingredients changes. Oh, that and the fact that I decided to make this the first time the week after the Super Bowl.  Of course, there were no wings anywhere to be found, so I made it with drumsticks, and really, that was just fine.
